Please Note: If you are registering for another attendee, please make sure to fill in all fields as that person by using their login, password, and email address. This will ensure the attendee receives their registration confirmation and the correct fees are applied.

ASCE uses the information you provide to administer your registration and to keep you apprised of conference information and related products and services. The name, job title, company information, and mailing address of registrants are also included in the conference attendee list that is provided to sponsors and included in the conference app.

Registration Rates

Government employees are eligible for a $100 discount (off of the member or non-member full conference rates) by calling the ASCE Customer Service team at (800) 548-2723 and applying the discount during the registration process.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation will be emailed to all advance registrants within one week of registering for the conference. Advanced registrants will receive their name badges and tickets at the on-site registration desk during registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please contact ASCE registration at (800) 548-2723 and ask to speak with Customer Services, or email [email protected]. Please reference the EWRI Watershed Management Conference 2020 in the subject line.

Note: you must be a member in good standing to qualify for a member rates.

Payment Information

Acceptable forms of payments include:

Check: payable to ASCE/EWRI Watershed Management Conference 2020 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Include attendee's name in the memo area of the check)

Credit card: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club

Purchase order: P.O. #, company name and address or other billing address (This includes Government P.O. use.)

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or copy of purchase order.

Cancellations/Refunds

To receive a refund of the registration fee, cancellations must be received in writing at the ASCE Headquarters by April 17, 2020. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Speaker/author registration fees are also non-refundable after April 17, 2020, due to necessary advance production of the proceedings and the program. Exceptions will only be made for illness or emergency if the request is made in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note and/or similar official documentation stating the emergency and person's name. The subsequent refund will be made minus a $100 processing fee.

Additional event tickets will be fully refunded if cancelled in writing by April 17, 2020. There are no refundable cancellations after April 17, 2020.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 17, 2020.

Badges

To receive a badge, you must register. Your name badge is your admission to the technical sessions and the exhibit hall. Pre-registered participants are to pick up their badges upon checking in at the on-site registration counter. Badge sharing is not allowed. Registration is per individual and is not exchangeable between colleagues.
